They are in constant contact with you about your furniture (I even got photos of work in progress) and they actually want to get you the best results. I have been often asked which shop I got the bookcase and dresser cabinet from and it feels good to say "actually i got it made for me to my specifications". All I would say is who can you get to make furniture for you and to deliver it half way across England (in perfect condition) and personally fit and assemble it for you??
