As every piece we make is bespoke and tailored to particular requirements, prices will naturally vary. We understand commissioning may be a little daunting, so below are the basic stages our commissioning process goes through - to help you decide whether it’s for you.
DESIGN
We will spend time discussing your exact requirements and then produces drawings of those initial ideas. Once a design has been agreed an estimate for the piece will be produced. If you are then happy to proceed, a deposit will be required before the making process can begin.
SAMPLESExamples of finished furniture can be viewed either at our workshop or in the Galleries carrying our products.
Samples of finished wood are available on request.
DEPOSIT We will not expect a deposit from you until the design/s has been agreed.
As all our furniture is bespoke we regret your deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your order.
PAYMENT
The balance payment is due prior to delivery.
You will be very welcome to come and visit us to see your piece developing if you so wish

TERMS AND CONDITIONS‘When buying from bespoke innovation you are sure to receive a very personal,
individually tailored service. Before you embark on this enjoyable process we would
like to make you aware of our terms and conditions.
We cannot take responsibility for any damage to products after being signed off on a ‘Received in good condition’ form.
As our furniture is not made using large scale manufacturing machinery, no two pieces of furniture are identical. If you require multiple pieces, we can tailor the dimensions to your requirements. However this must be detailed before the making process begins.
We make all our furniture from the finest quality timbers. We do not use printed veneers, secondary timbers or waste products.
As wood is a natural product, no two pieces of furniture will finish exactly the same shade, colour, or carry a matching grain pattern.
Most of our furniture designs are made to order, however some pieces are available for immediate purchase from shops and galleries carrying our work.
The waiting time for special orders and private commissions varies from piece to piece, so please call us on 0117 964 5676 for an approximate wait time.
REFUNDS POLICYOur furniture is not suitable for external use. It must not be left in garages or other damp environments, refunds will not be given if left or used in these circumstances.
In the very unlikely event of a defect we are willing to offer a 30 day money back promise from date of purchase. This money back promise excludes misuse of the furniture and is invalidated if proper care is not taken. Please read ‘Recommendations for our handmade furniture’ and ‘Caring for our handmade furniture’
As our furniture is made to order and often designed to suit a particular customer’s requirement, we regret we are not able to offer refunds once the making process has begun. Cancellations before this stage commences, may allow a refund.

We would like to make the following recommendations:

We suggest you only clean or dust the furniture with a lint free cloth and not use any cleaning products as these can impair the finish.
